Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Motiavated, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter into this agreement where you use the service.

Motiavated helps prepare application materials and supported form fields. It does not submit applications for you. You must review all content, verify its accuracy, comply with each employer or job site’s rules, and make every submission decision yourself.

Motiavated does not promise interviews, offers, employment outcomes, or that generated content is complete, accurate, or appropriate for every opportunity.

Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent limits or security controls, infringe others’ rights, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Motiavated uses prepaid usage credits for paid AI features. Credits are priced at $1 USD per 1,000 credits, and top-ups may be purchased from $1 to $500 USD. The applicable credit charge is displayed before a paid operation runs; your balance is reduced only for the charge shown.

Free applications, promotional credits, and pricing may be subject to the terms displayed when offered. Purchased credits are added after payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Creem; we do not store your full payment-card details. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be calculated and collected by the payment processor.

Motiavated Pro is an optional monthly subscription currently priced at $19 USD per month. Each successfully paid billing cycle provides 25,000 Pro credits for that billing period. Pro credits expire at the end of that billing period and unused Pro credits do not roll over. The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it or it is otherwise terminated. You authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method at each renewal at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes.

You may cancel Pro through the billing controls provided in the service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain subscription benefits through that period and will not receive another renewal charge after cancellation. If a payment fails, we may suspend or end subscription benefits, decline to issue that cycle’s credits, or retry the payment as permitted by the payment processor. One-time purchased credits are separate and do not expire under these Terms.

Except where required by law, completed credit purchases are non-refundable. Subscription payments and subscription-cycle credits are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. If a paid operation fails before an AI provider is reached, Motiavated refunds its credit reservation under the operation policy.

You retain rights in the content you provide. You give Motiavated the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without compensation or obligation.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We may change prices for future credit purchases or future paid operations. Any price change will be posted before it takes effect. One-time credits already purchased will remain available in your account and will not expire, subject to these Terms; subscription credits remain subject to the billing-period expiration described above. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

To the extent permitted by law, Motiavated is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Motiavated is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
